Join us for a whole new adventure as  "The Journey" continues at Summer Camp.  Enjoy fun activities, as well as incredible counselors and camp staff, and an evening worship experience where you see the glory and wondrous power of God revealed through an allegory play, presented by your staff and counselors!   You won't want to miss it.

NOTE:  Individuals can seek exemptions from Texas immunization requirements. Exclusions from compliance are allowable on an individual basis for medical contraindications, reasons of conscience, including a religious belief, and active duty with the armed forces of the United States.  But you must file documents with the State.
 
If you are seeking Immunization Exemption for your child, you must present the appropriate forms to us at the time you present your camp application, or prior to your child attending camp.

Conditional Hire Status:

If you have been notified that you are conditionally hired to work at NVR Summer Camp 2011, please download and fill out completely each of the following documents, following the instructions given on each document, and submit to us.  Once processed and cleared, we are then able to offer you a position to work at Summer Camp.  (click on red link for documents.)

4.   Background Authorization Form   (from SelectPI)
 
 
           
6.  Sign the Contract
           (this will be sent to you after you have been conditionally
            hired.)
 
7.  All forms above must be received in our office by April 1, 2012, 
to complete your hiring.

8.  If forms are not in the office by April 1, 2012, we will be obligated to relinquish your position.
 
9.  If you have not returned the required documents and you have not received a Contract; You have NOT being hired and are not permitted to arrive to the camp. Please make sure your paperwork has being completed and you have signed your contract.
 
10  International applicant worker's permit must be received in our office by April 1, 2012, please include together with your other documents.
