If you have been notified that you are conditionally hired to work at NVR Summer Camp 2010, please download and fill out completely each of the following documents, following the instructions given on each document, and submit to us. Once processed and cleared, we are then able to offer you a position to work at Summer Camp. (click on red link for documents.) some forms still pending...
Section 2 – Employer Review, can be completed by
your School Principal or Treasurer, or by your Church
Treasurer. They will need to see your original
documents, per list of acceptable documents.
Reference #:____ (at top of form) should contain
“Summer Camp 2010”.
Complete this form if you are 20 years of age, or older.
Must be notarized.
6. Copy your Driver's License/State I.D.
7. Copy your Social Security Card
8. Sign the Contract
(this will be sent to you after you have been conditionally
hired.)
9. All forms above must be received in our office by April 1, 2010, to complete your hiring.

10. If forms are not in the office by April 1, 2010, we will be obligated to relinquish your position.
11. If you arrive at Staff Week, and any of your documents are not received, or are incomplete, we will have to send you home. You cannot stay for work.
12. International applicant worker's permit must be received in our office by April 1, 2010, please include together with your other documents.
