Seventh-Day Adventist Academy in Fierce Contention for National Kohl’s Cares For Kids Facebook Half-Million Dollar Giveaway

Bozeman, MT, August 17, 2010 – Mount Ellis Academy, a state accredited Seventh-Day Adventist high school, is in serious contention to win a $500,000 grant from the Kohl’s Cares for Kids contest on Facebook. Grant recipients are chosen by Facebook votes with only the top 20 schools in the nation receiving a half-million dollars each. With voting due to end on September 3, 2010, Mount Ellis Academy is currently in 14th place and is the only Seventh-Day Adventist school in the Top 20 schools. The school will use the grant to replace its aged water and sewer infrastructure. Facebook members can vote for Mount Ellis Academy up to 5 times here. Voters are also encouraged to share the link with their Facebook friends.
