Nilda E. Diep serves in the Texas Conference as the Spanish coordinator for Women’s Ministries. In this role, she finds great joy and fulfillment in helping women discover their gifts and become active leaders in their homes, churches, and communities. Through retreats, training events, and ministry initiatives, she has the privilege of helping women strengthen their faith, build meaningful connections, and experience spiritual renewal.
Diep graduated from Antillean Adventist University with a bachelor’s degree in bilingual education, then she dedicated 16 years to teaching in the Crowley Independent School District and Fort Worth Independent School District in Texas. She later earned a master’s degree in educational leadership from Andrews University.
In her free time, Diep enjoys preparing delicious meals, traveling, organizing events for women, and expressing her creativity through photography. She is passionate about serving others and inspiring women to embrace God’s purpose for their lives. Alongside her pastor husband, Sergio Rodriguez-Corona, she also has been involved in various areas of church ministry, including men’s ministries and family-focused programs. The couple has two children, Wesley and Lizbeth.
Her favorite Bible verse is Psalm 34:15 NIV, “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.”
